General
All orders for products and services on the website accepted by Yann Lu Audio are subject to these terms and conditions of sale. If you don’t agree with those conditions hereafter, you are free not to use this website.
Yann Lu Audio reserves the right to rewrite or update these conditions at any time. In such case the applicable conditions will be the ones that are valid at the date of order by the purchaser.
Yann Lu Audio reserves the right to decline to trade with any company or person.
“Yann Lu Audio” refers to the freelance trader, employee of the « Smart » organisation (Productions Associées Asbl), a worker cooperative that hosts professional projects.

“The purchaser” refers to any person, company, organisation or legal entity who places an order accepted by Yann Lu Audio.

Products
The products are those described on the website.
The products are available as long as stock lasts.
All descriptions of the products and services contained on the website are approximate only and shall not form any part of the contract between Yann Lu Audio and the purchaser. Yann Lu Audio may correct any errors in its website without liability to the purchaser.
Yann Lu Audio reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue any product or to make design changes as part of its continuous programme of product improvement.
Prices
The prices of products and services are as set out in the website at the date of order.
Yann Lu Audio reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, without notice.
The item price do not include the shipping costs. They are added during checkout.
The prices are given exclusive and inclusive of Belgian VAT (21%), in Euro.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the purchaser’s responsibility.
If the purchaser is a registered EU company, with a valid VAT number, he can request a VAT free invoice.
When the purchaser places an order which is accepted by Yann Lu Audio, he must pay the full amount of the product before the product can be sent to him (as soon as the payment arrived on the account of Yann Lu Audio).
The purchaser can either pay using « paypal » or a bank transfer.
Costs and delivery times
The delivery costs depend on the destination in and out of EU and on the delivery company.
It is highly recommanded for the purchaser to pay for a delivery with a tracking number in case of a problem during transport.
When the purchaser places an order, and all the parts are in stock, it takes more or less 2 weeks for the package to be ready and sent.
When some parts are not available, it takes more or less 3 or 4 weeks for the package to be ready and sent.
If the product can’t be sent right away (that is within 4 weeks), because of a missing part on the market or any other technical difficulty, the purchaser has the choice of either wait or get a refund.
Any delivery of products not in accordance with the order can be returned to Yann Lu Audio. In this case Yann Lu Audio will replace the products or refund the purchase price. No return will be accepted without a previous agreement of Yann Lu Audio by mean of email.
Delays for delivery quoted on the website or in emails from Yann Lu Audio are approximate only and Yann Lu Audio shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery.

Damaged products
When the package arrived, the purchaser must check the state of the package. If the products are proved damaged, the purchaser must contact the delivery company before contacting Yann Lu Audio. Regarding if it can be fixed or not, the same product or a new one will be send to the purchaser whom will not pay the delivery costs again.
If the purchaser discovers a malfunction within the 14 days after he received the package, the same custom will be applied.
These warranties shall not apply to any defect which arises from improper use or failure to follow the product instructions. In no case this warranty can apply to a kit product that has been built by the purchaser. It only applies to full assembled and tested products.
Help
If the purchaser of a kit encounters problems while assembling it, he may ship it back to Yann Lu Audio for fixing. Depending on what’s to be repaired, replaced, the purchaser will pay for the components, the work on it based on an hourly fee and will also pay for the delivery.
The repair service is subject to the availability of parts and is only available if the products have not suffered excessive physical or electrical damage and is free from modifications.
Privacy Policy
By using our Website or providing us your e-mail address, phone number or other personal data, you agree to the collection and use of such data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Yann Lu Audio is the data controller of the data which we collect from you, and as such we are responsible for your data, and control the ways your personal data are collected, and the purposes for which your personal data are used.
Intellectual Property Rights
The website and its entire content (product designs, pictures, informations, audio samples, arrangements and such) are owned by Yann Lu Audio, its licensors, or other providers of such material. These Terms of Use permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website.
Product return policy, complaints processing procedures
In the case of a refund or exchange, the purchaser can return the products (valid only for the full assembled products) within 14 days after the reception of the package, in the same original state. The purchaser will have to bear the costs of returning the products and will be refund of the full amount paid for the product itself.
No return will be accepted without a previous agreement from Yann Lu Audio by email, phone, message.
